MARTINEZ HOPEFUL ON DISTIN

Martinez said: "Sylvain has had an illness in the last few days but he'll be assessed. We hope he can make a farewell appearance on Sunday."
Distin's fellow defender Antolin Alcaraz will definitely be out. Martinez said: "Antolin has been carrying a bit of an injury and will not be available."

NEWCASTLE TEAM NEWS
Newcastle may need to beat West Ham at St James' Park on Sunday if they are to retain their Premier League status and they welcome back defender Mike Williamson.
The centre-back returns after serving a two-match suspension for his sending-off at Leicester and he may be joined in the squad by midfielder Siem de Jong, who is training again after recovering from a thigh problem.
Forward Papiss Cisse and wide man Rolando Aarons are available, albeit somewhat short of match fitness, but goalkeeper Rob Elliot, defenders Steven Taylor and Massadio Haidara, and midfielder Cheick Tiote, will remain absent.
